Exploring the science and experience of being human.

Through research, coaching, and writing, I explore how psychology, neuroscience, embodiment, and Vedic philosophy deepen our understanding of ourselves, one another, and what it means to fully inhabit the experience of being human.

Why This Work

What began as a personal search for understanding gradually became a lifelong intellectual pursuit. Across education, coaching, psychology, neuroscience, and contemplative traditions, I found myself returning to the same enduring question:

What does it mean to fully inhabit the experience of being human?

Today, that question sits at the center of my work.

Through doctoral research, coaching, and writing, I explore how psychology, neuroscience, embodiment, systems thinking, and Vedic philosophy each contribute to our understanding of human development, healing, meaning-making, and flourishing. Rather than looking to a single discipline for answers, I am interested in where they converge, and what they reveal together about living a deeply examined and fully experienced life.

I don’t see research, coaching, and writing as separate pursuits. They are different expressions of the same commitment: exploring what helps us better understand ourselves, relate more authentically with others, and expand our capacity to experience and express the fullness of who we are.

Coaching

Applying research through meaningful conversation.

Coaching is one way I bring scholarship into practice. My approach is grounded in the interdisciplinary framework of Emergence Coaching, which integrates psychodynamic, Adlerian, existential, humanistic, and developmental psychology with systems thinking to support meaningful and lasting change. Complementing this foundation are the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies—a globally recognized framework that emphasizes ethical practice, deep listening, coaching presence, and partnering with clients to evoke their own awareness and insights rather than providing advice or solutions. Together, these perspectives form the foundation of my doctoral training in Transformational Leadership and Coaching.

I partner with individuals seeking greater clarity, self-understanding, and alignment. Rather than offering fixed answers, I create space for thoughtful reflection, deeper awareness, and new possibilities to emerge.

Whether someone is navigating a life transition, exploring personal growth, or making an important decision, coaching offers an opportunity to slow down, think more deeply, and move toward a fuller experience of who they are.

Exploring Questions That Matter

My work explores the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, embodiment, coaching, and Vedic philosophy in the study of human development and flourishing.

I am particularly interested in questions such as:

• What does it mean to fully inhabit the experience of being human?

• How do awareness and embodiment influence transformation?

• How do curiosity, coaching, and psychological safety support development?

• What contributes to lasting well-being and existential belonging?

A Different Way of Approaching Change

Many approaches to personal growth focus on finding better strategies, fixing problems, or creating more discipline.

My work begins somewhere different.

Drawing from Emergence Coaching, developmental psychology, systems thinking, neuroscience, and consciousness-based approaches to human development, I begin with the belief that meaningful change grows from greater awareness, not from forcing ourselves to become someone else.

As we become more aware of our patterns, assumptions, emotions, relationships, and ways of making meaning, new possibilities naturally begin to emerge.

Rather than trying to give answers, I aim to create conversations that help people hear themselves more clearly, think more deeply, and discover what is already beginning to unfold.
